Careers

RIPL is a non-profit tech for social impact organization founded in 2018. We help government solve some of society’s most pressing challenges using data and science. Our work has supported data-driven policy improvements in health care, education, social insurance, civic participation, workforce development, and criminal justice.

RIPL’s Leadership Attributes guide our pursuit of excellence every day. They describe how RIPL does business, how our leaders lead, and how we center our partners in every decision. To learn more about our Leadership Attributes, please go HERE.

The ideal candidate will work with engineers and computer scientists to estimate models and algorithms on large scale data, design pilots and measure their impact, and transform successful prototypes into improved policies and programs at scale in partnership with government policy leaders and community stakeholders. We are looking for creative thinkers who can combine economic theory and econometric skills to complement technical skills of other researchers.
