Jud’s ability to bridge technology and policy is a cornerstone of his success. His initiatives to train technical teams in government policy understanding and lead cross-sector collaborations ensure the delivery of impactful, efficient solutions tailored to complex public challenges.

Prior to RIPL, Jud led the AWS Professional Services delivery team for US state and local government, where he managed a high-performing team of over 30 cloud architects and project managers, driving innovation, mentoring other leaders, and conducting over 200 interviews, demonstrating his dedication to fostering exceptional talent.​
